The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience in a retail setting. Key responsibilities include providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting system and network issues, monitoring CCTV footage, and verifying product returns.

This position is full-time, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
