Job Description
Indus Motor is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Manufacturing Division. The ideal candidate should have between 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities will involve developing and implementing maintenance systems, managing PLCs and instrumentation, overseeing spare parts management, and driving continuous improvement through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean practices. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with revitalizing our Training Center.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication abilities.
