Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to be a part of our dynamic team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding processes, HR operations, and fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help source and screen potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interview sessions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Assist with onboarding and necessary documentation.
- Organize activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Offer administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in HR or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
This is a 3-month internship with a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 10,00 to 25,00, with the possibility of a permanent position.
