Job Description
We are looking for a talented Taxi Booking Operator with expertise in Cordic Software to join our dynamic team at c2o. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls from UK customers for taxi bookings and modifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing airport bookings efficiently.
- Handling payments via phone.
- Escalating customer complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Addressing driver queries and concerns.
Strong listening skills and a clear British accent are crucial for providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in an inbound call center is preferred.
