Job Description
Qadri Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Performance Management Specialist to lead the development and management of our Performance Management System (PMS). In this role, you will collaborate with department heads to ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are aligned with our business objectives. You will effectively oversee PMS cycles and conduct training sessions on PMS processes.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing performance trends, recommending improvement plans, and ensuring transparency in evaluations across all departments. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
This is a full-time position based in Canal Bank, Izmir Town, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.
