Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Salary Range: Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customers with outstanding debts.
- Communicate with debtors to encourage timely repayments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Develop and execute debt collection strategies.
- Negotiate feasible payment plans with debtors.
- Investigate discrepancies to reconcile outstanding accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in collections and recovery management.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Clear and persuasive communication abilities.
- Strong negotiating skills.
