Job Description
Fairways Logistics is looking for dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. As the primary contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, and resolving inquiries to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers with various inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, and accurately maintaining records in our CRM system. We value excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
