Job Description
Texo Poly Industries Private Limited is currently seeking a skilled HR and Payroll Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should hold a BBA, MBA, BS, or MS in Human Resource Management, along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance tracking
- Payroll processing
- Management of overtime, advances, and leave
- Proficiency in Excel and Word; HRIS experience is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 70,00 per month, along with attractive benefits. Please note that in-person attendance is required.
