Job Description
Naat Foods Pvt Ltd is actively searching for a dedicated Transportation Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance, repair, and servicing operations of our vehicle fleet. This crucial role ensures our vehicles remain safe, roadworthy, and efficiently operational while effectively managing workshop staff, inventory, and budget considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee workshop activities, including maintenance and diagnostics.
- Plan and execute routine preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and workshop tools effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in workshop management.
