Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist specializing in BPO recruitment to enhance our vibrant team in Islamabad. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process for call center and BPO positions while also contributing to key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for BPO and call center roles.
- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews with potential hires.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience within BPO or call center settings.
- Outstanding communication skills.
