Education & Experience Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should possess 2-4 years of proven experience in IT resource placements within the US and Canada.
Skills Required: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in hiring for IT positions, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), knowledge of various visa types, and a successful track record in closing positions.
