Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join a reputable 25-bed hospital situated near Gulshan Ravi, Lahore. Candidates must hold an MBA in Human Resources or a related field. A proven track record in recruitment for various hospital positions, including doctors, nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, and housekeeping staff, is crucial.
Applicants should demonstrate effective shift management skills and have experience with staff attendance systems. Additionally, experience as a PHC focal person, including involvement in MSDS meetings and portal updates, will be considered an advantage.
