Job Description
Codedile Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Courier Tracking Officer to become part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for tracking all shipments and collaborating with various courier services, including Leopard, Trax, M&P, and PostEx. You will address delivery inquiries through phone or WhatsApp, keep customers informed about their shipment statuses, and ensure that all deliveries are executed smoothly and punctually.
