Job Description
Core Service Solutions is seeking both fresh and experienced male and female candidates to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Positions are available for both in-office and remote work.
We require individuals with excellent communication skills, English fluency, and an attractive telephone voice. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound customer inquiries, conducting cold calls, and managing outbound campaigns.
Ideal candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in B2B or SAAS environments.
