Job Description
Romeo Staffing Agency is seeking committed Patient Care Coordinators to become a vital part of our back-office team in Model Colony, Karachi. In this role, you will support US-based home health agencies, serving as an essential link between patients, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure efficient care coordination and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing patient referrals and verifying insurance information.
- Communicating effectively with referral sources and team members.
- Maintaining patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Delivering exceptional support to both patients and clinicians.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1–2 years of healthcare experience and proficient English communication skills.
Compensation: Salary ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs65,00.00 per month for this full-time position.
