Job Summary: Faisal Movers Express is seeking a dedicated female Customer Care Executive to join our team at the Faizabad bus terminal. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers both in person and via phone.
- Provide information on schedules and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teams to improve service quality.
- Assist with bookings and resolve complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Fluency in Urdu and English is essential.
