Job Description
Horyzon Zero Service is seeking a Chat Support Representative in Karachi. In this position, you will assist customers and transporters through live chat and email, addressing inquiries related to shipments, payments, and platform issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to queries via live chat and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipments.
- Effectively resolve issues and escalate them as necessary.
- Maintain detailed chat records in the CRM system.
- Achieve performance goals related to response times.
Requirements: Candidates should hold intermediate education, possess 1–2 years of experience, have excellent written English skills, computer literacy, multitasking abilities, and be willing to work in shifts.
