Job Description

Position: Tracing Advisor
Department: Customer Services (Backline Complaint Management)
Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect data from daily export shipment reports.
- Compile monitoring sheets using various software tools.
- Track daily export shipments until delivery.
- Communicate exceptions to internal and external clients promptly.
- Coordinate with networks, shippers, and consignees via phone and email.
- Launch package collection requests in Oracle.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are required.
