Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Key Account Executive to oversee and manage daily operations within our Client Services Department. In this role, you will ensure smooth workflow, addressing any floor issues or conflicts that may arise.
Your responsibilities will include implementing efficient task tracking procedures to meet client deliverables, maintaining client records, responding promptly to client inquiries, and analyzing workflow processes to propose solutions for enhanced productivity. Strong communication skills and data management experience are essential.
