Position Summary: PakTel BPO Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Call Center Team Lead to oversee daily operations and manage team performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center, strong leadership skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
