Job Description

KS HRBC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a Customer Service Agent for its Lahore office. The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of experience with CRM systems and SaaS platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

• Requirements: 1–2 years customer service experience with CRM/SaaS; excellent written and spoken English
• Demonstrated multitasking and organizational capabilities
• Professional communication skills and basic graphic design knowledge

Onsite position, Eastern Hours, five days per week. Salary range: PKR 75,00–120,00.
