Job Description
Sovereign Services is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our BPO team in a full‑time recruitment capacity. You will attract and select qualified candidates to fulfill clients’ staffing needs, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process. Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience are preferred. Successful candidates must excel at multitasking, demonstrate sound problem‑solving abilities, and maintain close attention to detail.
