Job Description
We seek an experienced, energetic, and proactive Assistant Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, control costs, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth store operations, achieving sales and profit targets, and coaching staff.
- Qualifications: strong organization, leadership, and communication skills; fast learner; results-driven; able to meet deadlines; passion for music/musical instruments.
- Benefits: competitive salary, attractive sales commission and bonuses.
- Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs35,00–65,00/month (depending on experience).
- Locations: Hi Volts F-7 (Jinnah Super Market), Civic Center Bahria Town Phase 4 Rawalpindi, Giga Mall DHA 2 Islamabad.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Reliable commute to Rawalpindi required. Work location: in person.
