Job Description
We are seeking a senior operations leader to oversee SL BOS activities across the UAE and Bahrain. You will define business strategy, ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance, and manage cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include resource allocation, budget and P&L oversight, timely service delivery, client and stakeholder relationship management, process improvement, and coordination with regional leadership to achieve growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 8+ years in operations or service-line leadership, with multi-country management experience
- Strong analytical, financial, and people-management skills
- Fluent English; Arabic preferred; ability to travel within the region
