Job Description
ABIC seeks a full-time HR Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. You will oversee the employee lifecycle—onboarding, recordkeeping, audits, and offboarding—develop and update HR policies, advise on employee relations, and provide training to HR and business teams.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR, business, law, or related field; 5–7+ years in HR compliance or employment law.
- Required expertise: Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HRIS proficiency, auditing experience; excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- We value proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable candidates.
- Job Type: Full-time; Pay: Rs250,00–Rs300,00/month; Work Location: In person.
