Job Description
We seek a professional Supervisor to serve as the primary client contact and lead a team of 2–3 CS agents. Responsibilities include managing inbound live chat, phone, and email; making outbound follow-ups; resolving orders, returns, and product inquiries; coordinating with sales, logistics, and technical teams; logging interactions in CRM; and escalating unresolved issues. Maintain a positive, customer-first approach.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role
- Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken), multichannel support, quick system learning, detail-oriented, proactive, team player
- Type: Full-time, in person • Pay: Up to Rs200,00/month
