Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain & Shipping Coordinator to oversee inbound and outbound logistics, schedule shipments, and coordinate with carriers and customs brokers. Responsibilities include tracking orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipping documentation, and resolving transit issues to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of logistics or shipping experience, strong knowledge of export/import procedures, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are required. This role contributes to continuous improvement and cost-optimization efforts across the supply chain.
