Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support HR and administrative functions for our engineering consultancy. Duties include coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, organizing meetings and HR events, representing the company at corporate events and exhibitions, managing office supplies, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Experience: Fresher to mid-senior level in HR or administration
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and spoken English
- Schedule & Location: Monday–Saturday; DHA, Karachi; Full-time
