Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Channel Performance Manager to define and lead channel strategy, optimize partner and direct channels, and accelerate revenue growth. You will establish KPIs, analyze performance metrics, design and run A/B tests, and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance acquisition and retention.
- Minimum 5 years in channel or performance management
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with analytics and attribution tools
- Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable plans
