Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to manage daily market activities, grow accounts, and drive revenue. The role requires strong customer focus, discipline in reporting, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct daily market visits to meet existing and prospective customers
- Take orders and coordinate timely fulfillment with the warehouse
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop new customers and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports for management
Requirements: Minimum intermediate education (Bachelor’s degree preferred); 1–2 years field sales experience; excellent communication and negotiation skills; target-oriented, self-motivated; knowledge of local routes; willing to travel daily. Full-time, on-site. Pay: Rs40,00–Rs45,00/month.
