Job Description
Sensible BPO is seeking full-time Mortgage Customer Service Representatives for our US/UK mortgage campaign in Rawalpindi. Roles are onsite with day and night shifts aligned to US/UK hours.
- Manage inbound and outbound mortgage calls; verify documentation and update CRM records.
- Coordinate communications between borrowers and lenders and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Requirements: strong English (neutral or US/UK accent preferred), excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and basic computer/CRM proficiency.
- Mortgage or call center experience is advantageous; candidates with excellent English but no experience are welcome.
