Job Description
SMJ International Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Officer Trainee to support field sales operations across the assigned region. Key duties include assisting promotional campaigns, coordinating dealer meetings, executing market activations, preparing daily and weekly sales reports, conducting market visits to monitor competitors and trends, identifying new dealers, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring extensive regional travel.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (battery/automotive preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and negotiation skills
