Job Description
AV Private Limited seeks a Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary customer contact, providing prompt, professional responses via phone, email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities include delivering accurate product and policy information, resolving and escalating complex issues, updating customer records, and processing orders, refunds, account changes, and service requests. Meet performance targets for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction while contributing to process improvements.
- Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior voice or non‑voice support is a plus
- Skills: excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, problem‑solving, and multitasking
- Full-time, in-person; Compensation: Rs70,00–Rs80,00/month
