Job Description
Talent Ibex seeks a Brand Designer to craft bold, culturally resonant brand narratives. You will lead visual direction across digital, social, motion, print, packaging, and experiential channels; convert strategic briefs into high‑impact design; own and evolve the brand system; collaborate with marketing, product, content, and employer branding teams; present to stakeholders; manage concurrent deadlines; and mentor junior designers.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in design and 3+ years in brand, agency, or in‑house roles.
- Technical skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Figma.
- Portfolio: Strong examples of layout, typography, color, and motion; keen understanding of Gen Z and internet culture.
