Job Description
We seek a results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate new business through targeted prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling. You will identify and qualify high-potential B2B prospects, schedule qualified meetings for the sales team, and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure pipeline integrity and timely reporting.
- Responsibilities: prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, CRM management, and meeting weekly/monthly pipeline goals.
- Qualifications: 1–3 years of B2B outbound or inside sales experience, excellent communication and persuasion skills, proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools, and a data-driven approach.
