Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to generate leads, engage prospects, and close sales via phone and email. The role requires following established scripts, maintaining accurate CRM records, meeting weekly targets, and working with marketing to refine outreach messaging.
Qualifications include at least one year of B2B or B2C outbound sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, persistence, basic CRM proficiency, high energy, goal orientation, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
