Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor to manage daily building operations, maintenance, and safety programs. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, oversee preventive maintenance scheduling, coordinate external vendors, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance staff; assign and monitor work.
- Manage CMMS records, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and monitor budgets, ensure safety protocol adherence, and perform technical troubleshooting.
- Qualifications: minimum 3 years in facilities or building maintenance, proven leadership, strong technical and communication skills.
