Job Description
Inventive Research Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive based in Bahria Town, Lahore. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM. Candidates should have 1–2 years of HR experience and a bachelor’s degree in HR preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone interviews
- Coordinating with departments and supporting onboarding processes
- Drafting offer, warning, and termination letters; maintaining digital and physical HR records
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and handling confidential information with discretion
