Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Linux System Administrator with 7–8 years of experience in RHEL, Ubuntu, Solaris, and AIX. The role requires managing and securing enterprise servers, installing and maintaining systems, applying updates and kernel upgrades, monitoring performance and security, and implementing backups and disaster recovery.
- Automate tasks using Bash/Korn/Perl and Ansible; familiarity with Ansible/Puppet/Chef
- Troubleshoot OS and hardware issues; configure storage, LVM, NFS, and virtualization
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) and experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
