Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand and lead our sales efforts across the assigned territory. This role involves developing strategic plans, managing and coaching field teams, and driving consistent revenue growth.
- Establish targets, forecast sales, analyze market trends, and cultivate key account relationships.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff; collaborate with marketing and operations to implement initiatives.
Qualifications: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel within the region.
