Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead merchant acquisition across the northern region. You will drive regional sales strategies, cultivate partnerships with merchants and banks, and lead a small sales team to exceed revenue targets.
- Responsibilities: develop territory plans, analyze market trends, coach and motivate the team, and close large merchant accounts.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in payments or merchant acquiring sales, proven quota achievement, strong negotiation and closing skills, analytical mindset, and willingness to travel.
