Job Description

Rexen Consultancy seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen market positioning. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, cultivate long-term client relationships, and close deals through targeted outreach, market research, and persuasive presentations. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, and prepare sales reports and forecasts. Support for marketing-driven lead generation is expected.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or related field; 2–3 years in business development or sales;
• Excellent English communication, strong negotiation skills, CRM and MS Office proficiency;
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail; full-time, on-site role.
