Job Description
Hurak, a UK EdTech leader, seeks a full-time on-site Customer Support Representative in DHA Phase 6, Lahore (1:30 PM–10:30 PM). The role requires managing customer inquiries, coordinating class and exam bookings, handling certifications, adhering to established processes, resolving cases, and addressing objections with composure.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; excellent spoken and written English required.
- Experience: 1+ year preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Compensation: Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month.
