Job Description
Excel Solutions is seeking a dynamic Call Centre Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, deliver excellent customer service, and promote our products and services effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Utilize phone etiquette for professional interactions.
