ProMarketens is seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative to join our sales-focused team. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assess customer needs, recommend products and services, manage accounts, resolve issues, and meet monthly sales targets.

• Qualifications: 1–2 years CSR experience, excellent communication and persuasion skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on-site.
