Job Description
We are seeking a Zonal Manager, Seeds to lead sales and distribution across a designated zone. The role requires developing growth strategies, managing budgets and inventory, ensuring product availability, and fostering strong relationships with farmers and distributors. You will coach sales teams, coordinate with R&D and operations to meet quality and compliance standards, and travel frequently to support field activities.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in seeds or agribusiness with proven leadership
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; results-driven and customer-focused
