Job Description

We are seeking a professional Customer Support Representative to deliver fast, high-quality chat, email, and phone support on rotating shifts for our STR project. You will assist guests with account and administrative issues, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Requirements: strong written and spoken English with a neutral American accent, error-free writing, proficient typing, rapid system learning, and flexibility for shift work; 1 year CSR experience preferred.
• Employment: full-time, in-person. Salary Rs75,00–Rs80,00/month. Benefits include paid training, annual raises and bonuses, fuel allowance, and paid leave. Immediate hiring.
