Job Description
Obizworks‑Offshore Business Consultants seeks a Senior MSP Systems Engineer to manage and optimize multi‑tenant client infrastructure. The role requires 3–5 years of MSP experience, strong RMM proficiency (ConnectWise, NinjaOne, N‑able, Kaseya), hands‑on backup management (Veeam, Datto, Acronis), and demonstrated SLA discipline.
- Build and migrate Windows Server 2016–2022 and Active Directory; administer Hyper‑V and VMware ESXi/vCenter.
- Automate patching and monitoring via RMM, oversee MSP backup and disaster recovery testing, and serve as Tier 2/3 escalation.
- Use PSA tools (Autotask/ConnectWise Manage), track time precisely; work onsite 6:00 PM–3:00 AM at Bahria Town Phase 7.
Full‑time. Salary Rs180,00–200,00/month. Bachelor’s degree and excellent English required.
