Job Description
Home Solutions (S. Abdullahome) seeks an experienced Plant HR Manager for its Faisalabad factory, reporting to the Head of Human Resources. Competitive salary with accommodation, meals, and additional benefits.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and HR alignment with production to ensure optimal workforce planning and performance.
- Oversee employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, engagement, policies, grievances, compliance, performance management, and HR reporting.
- Requirements: BBA/MBA in HR or related field, 5–7 years progressive HR experience; ceramics/sanitary ware/tiles industry preferred. Strong knowledge of labor law, leadership, communication, and analytical skills required.
