Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Talent will lead and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to support organizational growth. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, implementing training initiatives, analyzing workforce metrics, and optimizing talent processes to improve performance and engagement.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruiting or HR, with proficiency in ATS and employer branding.
- Strong communication, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred; strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to coach and motivate teams toward growth objectives.
